How are you different from a regular gym trainer?
At Ryan Mitchell PT, Instead of giving you a unsustainable diet plan I endeavour to educate you healthy lifestyle habits, to integrate into your everyday life. Making small and healthy changes to your habits and lifestyle will help you to stick to and keep on achieving your goals.
Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?
Nutrition advice, and guidance is included as a part of purchasing online coaching. If you'd like a custom meal plan, I'd recommend contacting an accredited dietician, nutritionist, or a nutrition coach.
What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?
I'd recommend investing in a yoga mat, yoga blocks, resistance bands as a staring point. Additionally picking up a set of dumbbells and a kettlebell or two can always come in handy.
